Search Conversations and Leads
You can search any messages or lead information by typing any keywords in the search bar, such as phrases appearing in the conversation or email of the leads.
Export Conversations
To export past conversations, visit the Chat Logs panel at: https://www.chat-data.com/chatbot/{chatbotId}/dashboard/chat-logs. Here, you can apply filters to sort conversations based on their sources or whether they include leads. Additional filters, such as human live chat involvement, will become available after the feature launches.

- Entry Plan: Chat messages are deleted after 180 days.
- Standard Plan: Chat messages are deleted after 360 days.
- Professional Plan: Chat messages are deleted after 720 days.
